The final climb before Paris
The final climb in today’s stage is possibly more brutal than our climb over Madeleine yesterday. Knowing we can turn around at any time, we will set off in the cool of the morning and make our way up to Val Thorens ski station.
When you return toward the base of the climb where our hospitality crew will step into gear again and have an area for you to enjoy watching the race live on TV and seeing the riders come through. You’ll be able to watch every moment through to the finish before we return to our hotel for our final farewell dinner.

The total ascent for the day approaches 4,500m, but negotiating some of the windy descents may prove the difference.
