Welcome to the Tour de France

Our trip starts with your guides meeting you at the Toulouse Blagnac Airport at 10:00am. Toulouse is the home of Airbus and the gateway to South-Western France, Andorra and most importantly the Pyrenees. Our arrival is coincides with the Tour de France embarking on its second week of racing. Arrive a day or two earlier and enjoy this vibrant city with great restaurants or visit the technology museums.

After a short transfer to the Pyrenees, we’ll assemble our bikes and head out on a short warm up ride. We’ll test our bodies and bikes over the quiet valley roads, and contemplate the mountains around us. A little bit of climbing will help us test our low gears as well. A great way to adjust time zone and flush out our travel legs.

Tonight we’ll have dinner together with an accompanying drink. A great social opportunity to meet your fellow guests and staff. Most importantly, have any of your questions answered by your helpful staff.
