Today’s focus is experiencing the 2nd and 3rd stages intimately. Following a morning ride, witness the second stage’s thrilling finish in Rotterdam. Engage in a brief evening time trial, an excellent chance to witness the women as they warm up before their individual race against the clock within Rotterdam’s streets. The evening offers the freedom to explore Rotterdam’s diverse culinary scene, granting a perfect close to a day filled with up-close encounters with the racing action and the spirited atmosphere of the Tour de France Femmes.

Today, we advance ahead of the pros to the day’s finishing spot in Liege, Belgium. Liege, renowned for its rich cycling heritage, hosts one of the prestigious “Monuments of cycling,” Liege-Bastogne-Liege. Upon arrival, we’ll embark on a ride before gathering to witness the Tour de France Femmes’ thrilling finish in town. The day concludes with a shared dinner, offering a delightful opportunity to relish the day’s cycling adventures and the electrifying atmosphere of the race.

Today marks our transition from Belgium to the enchanting region of Burgundy. A luxurious coach journey guides us to the picturesque vineyards. Upon arrival, delight in a wine tasting at a renowned local Burgundy winemaker celebrated for their exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. 

As the day draws to a close, we gather for a shared dinner, relishing the flavours of the region and fostering camaraderie amidst the beauty of Burgundy’s winemaking tradition.

In the morning, our coach journey takes us to Allemond, nestled at the foot of Alpe d’Huez. Ascend one of the balcony roads, leading to our accommodations at the mountain top. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure, exploring the charming town, soaking in its serene ambiance, and discovering local attractions. As the day winds down, reconvene for a delightful dinner at our hotel, sharing stories and experiences against the backdrop of the breathtaking Alpe d’Huez, setting the stage for a relaxing evening in this scenic mountain retreat.

Today, our cycling quest leads us to conquer Croix de Fer and Glandon, tracing the route the femmes will ride tomorrow in the opposite direction. As the femmes tackle the Grand Bornand we will embrace a spectacular ride through lush meadows, mountains, and tranquil lakes, immersing in the stunning alpine landscape. Upon descending back to Allemond, we’ll catch a lift to our hotel, offering you the afternoon to further explore the village’s charms at your leisure. The day culminates in a shared evening meal, providing an opportunity to recount the day’s adventures, set against the backdrop of the picturesque mountain village.

Today, take on the renowned challenge of Alpe d’Huez, conquering its famed 21 switchbacks. Revel in the cycling lore as you ascend through each turn, experiencing the exhilaration and breathtaking views. Embrace the vibrant atmosphere ahead of the femmes’ arrival. In the late afternoon, witness the thrilling race as the women ascend after a grueling stage, marking a decisive moment for the GC riders’ final bids for the yellow jersey. Be front and centre for this climactic showdown. As the day draws to a close, join in a final Farewell Dinner, celebrating the camaraderie forged throughout our journey, cherishing the memories of this remarkable cycling expedition together.

Today marks the end of our incredible journey together. We’ll bid you a fond farewell and wish you safe travels for your onward adventure. After breakfast, we will transfer to Lyon Saint Exupery Airport.
