2019 Tour de France Spectator – In short
Follow the final week of the 2019 Tour de France in luxury, quality hotels all the way! You’ve had many years watching the tour in the wrong timezone, only to find yourself fall asleep with 20km to go. Join us for final week of racing, including the best mountain stages of the race and the individual time trial.
We often have guests combine their Tour de France trip with an extended European vacation. Immerse yourself among the French culture, scenery and cuisine and experience the largest annual sporting event.
Customised for spectators, we also create the opportunity to share your experience with some of our cycling guests. For long transfers you’ll travel on our luxury coach – with its own toilet, bar and reclining seats. We have some hospitality experiences along the race route helping you experience the excitement of the passing tour, the arrival of the publicity caravan, followed by the helicopters, race officials and finally the riders. Few sports enable you to get this close to the action!
We’ll follow the race north catching the essential elements of the Tour de France, climbs, stage starts and stage finishes. With the mountain stages decided and probably the yellow jersey we’ll express you to Paris on the TGV in time to see the final circuit parade on Champs-Élysées under the backdrop of the Arc du Triomphe and Grand Palais.
