Sadly, your incredible journey comes to an end today. We’ll provide a single group transfer to Malpensa Airport so you can relax and enjoy the ride back. Please note: it’s a 2-hour transfer, so we recommend booking flights no earlier than noon to allow for a smooth departure.

Social Riding and Leisure: We understand that your cycling holiday is a HOLIDAY! You may not normally ride every day at home. Our ride routes allow you to cherry-pick the sort of riding that you’d like to do. Choose the days you want to climb, the days to ride flat, and the days to rest.

PRICING: Pricing for private groups is based on the agreed minimum number of 6 participants being met at the time of receipt of payment of final invoices by all tour participants. Prices may increase if minimum numbers are not met at the time of final invoicing (90 days prior to the tour departure date). Final pricing will be based on the number of participants at the time of invoicing.

Deposit: To secure your spot, a deposit of AUD $1,500 (unless stated otherwise) is required. Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 90 days before departure to finalise your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Group Cancellation: If the tour is cancelled or does not meet the minimum number of guests, 50% of deposits will be forfeited. The remaining 50% will be refunded, minus any non-refundable payments already made to suppliers (e.g., hotel deposits).

Individual Cancellation: If a guest cancels, the following refund terms apply:

•100 – 90 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable.

•Less than 90 days before departure: No refunds; the full trip payment is non-refundable.
