Our Vision
Bikestyle Tours is passionate about enhancing the cycling experience and maximising the potential of cyclists, from beginners to the elite, by developing highly personalised, specific training programs that are customised for each client. We are committed to meeting the needs of our clients by providing them with challenging, yet fun and encouraging coaching and development programs.

Your Coach
Adam Gill has extensive experience in cycling, having gained his National Level accreditation in 2006. His Level 2 accreditation followed closely in 2008. He was accredited as a qualified trainer of Level One National Accredited Coaches for Cycling Australia in 2009 and has trained over 80 cycling coaches to gain their Level One National Coaching Accreditation.
Philosophy for riding is simple:
- Ride for enjoyment.Getting out with friends or by yourself and roll around for a healthy body and mind.
- Ride to improve. Avoid doing junk miles. Get specific and train with a purpose.
Personalised Training Programs
Our personal training programs are tailored for your specific cycling goals, whether you want to improve your fitness on the bike or want to go out racing. Our team can develop a training program for you to fit your lifestyle, life commitments, sporting background and your ultimate goal. There is no point in writing a fantastic program that you simply don’t have the time or ability to complete. It is all about quality not quantity.

3 Month Personalised Programs
Your personalised training program is created to meet your specific goals. The program is developed a fortnight at a time.
Our 3 month package includes:
- Personalised training program
- Data review of your training sessions
- Weekly updates with your coach for any questions
- Adjustments to your training plan if required
- Programs can be loaded directly into your personal Training Peaks Account
Cost $ 420 per 3 month program
Specific Development Programs
If you want to improve your cycling in a practical area, choose one of our 4-week, intensive programs designed to improve your skills and fitness in a specific area.
Choose from the:
- Sprint training program;
- Hill training program;
- Endurance training program;
- Strength training program; or the
- Threshold training program.
Cost $ 90 per program
