Travel Insurance details while travelling

All guests on a Bikestyle Tours trip must have a valid travel insurance policy.

Arrival Details

To ensure your trips starts with no delays, please tell tell us about your arrival details.

• Every trip has one designated trip meeting point which is detailed in each trip itinerary (including on our website) as well as in your confirmation email.
• If you have booked pre trip accommodation through us, we will also offer a collection from the designated pre trip hotel.
• If arriving on the start day of the trip, please ensure your arrival time is well before the designated meeting time. We will also be keeping a close eye on arrival schedules should you encounter any delays and if by chance potentially miss our meeting time.

For any travel arrangements that will not have you arriving at the designated meeting point on time, please contact our office.
