Your guides will greet you at 9.30am at Gate E in the Terminal 1 arrivals hall, Level 1F, after you exit customs.

Staying At The Pre-Tour Hotel?
Guests staying at the designated New Osaka Hotel before the tour do not need to travel back to Kansai Airport for the tour start. Please follow the hotel collection and meeting instructions below.
Pre-Tour Hotel Guests
If you are staying at the New Osaka Hotel before the tour, we have arranged a simple process for your bike box and your journey to Onomichi.
Friday 2 October, Bike Box Collection
We will collect your bike boxes from the New Osaka Hotel on the evening of Friday 2 October.
The bike boxes will then be transferred separately by van to Onomichi, ready for your arrival.
Our staff will coordinate the exact collection time with you through the tour WhatsApp group.

Travelling To Onomichi
After breakfast, we will meet in the lobby of the New Osaka Hotel at 10.00am and travel together by train to Onomichi with our fellow guests arriving from Kansai International Airport.
Travelling by train is much quicker and more comfortable than making the long journey by bus, and your bike boxes will already be on their way separately by van.
Important
The hotel collection and group departure are only available from the designated New Osaka Hotel. If you are staying elsewhere in Osaka, please contact the Bikestyle Tours team through the WhatsApp group so we can confirm your meeting arrangements.

After collecting your luggage, proceed through customs into the Terminal 1 arrivals hall and make your way to Gate E on Level 1F.

Our overnight ferry is scheduled to arrive at Nanko Port, Osaka at approximately 6.00am.
For guests flying out of Osaka that day, we will provide a transfer from the port to Kansai International Airport (KIX), with an estimated arrival at the airport by mid-morning.
For guests continuing their travels in Japan, convenient tram and train connections are available from Nanko Port into central Osaka, providing easy access to your onward journey.
